The 3000 SERIES LTR are standardised load banks that have less options and customisation vs the 3000 SERIES, but have a reduced lead time and a more cost effective price point.
Yes, with the use of a SIGMA Gateway both SIGMA 2 and SIGMA LT load bansk can be nerworked together.
